Question
(04/01/2010)
Hei,
I would like to know if there is any eclipse today here in Finland? If so please let me know the time.
Thanks!
You sent your question on the 31st of December, 2009. The answer is yes, there was a partial eclipse of the Moon that could be seen in Finland on that day. The eclipse started at 19:15 and was at its deepest at 21:23.
The next eclipse of the Moon that can be seen in Finland will take place 25.4.2013.

Probably this answer is not very much use to you any more, but unfortunately the questions in iGS will not be answered immediately. If you happened to miss the eclipse on New Year's Eve, I can only say that it wasn't all that impressive anyway ;)
